The sick suit is a device used by the Earth Federation in order to care for a patient during transport. As with a space suit, it is an enclosed system and thus allows for patients and their couriers to be protected, in the event the patient is infectious.

It is capable of monitoring its wearer's readings, and is able to administer proper treatment intravenously in order to stabilize the patient (BR25: "Planet of the Slave Girls").
