Aram Duvoe is a Zykarian ambassador during the period of 2485 to 2492 CE.
In 2485 CE, Duvoe met Colonel Wilma Deering at a planetary conference, establishing a platonic relationship with her. Unbeknownst to Deering, Duvoe became smitten, but did not act upon his feelings due to his Zykarian nature.
Later, Duvoe is granted the opportunity to reunite with Deering on a peace conference to be held on the neutral planet R-4. However, the shuttle carrying both Deering and Duvoe is forced down on R-4, where Duvoe later reveals his nature to, and feelings for, Deering (BR25: "Journey to Oasis").
