The pulsar cannon is a directed energy weapon employed in the 25th century.
Pulsar cannons are standard defensive/offensive weaponry on Earth Defense Directorate's space-superiority crafts, notably the Thunderfighter (BR25: "Planet of the Amazon Women"), as well as employed on bomb sleds (BR25: "Return of the Fighting 69th").
Pulsar cannon turrets are also employed by criminal elements, such as those of Commander Corliss' base on Necrosis IV (BR25: "Return of the Fighting 69th").
