Joseph Wiseman (May 15, 1918 – October 19, 2009) was a Canadian American actor of theater and film, portraying two "heavies" in (BR25: ): Emperor Draco in the Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, whose scenes were paired down for the theatrical release only, and in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century's "Vegas in Space" as Carl Morphus.
During his tenure as a television actor, he portrayed in various genre productions, including The Twilight Zone, Night Gallery, and The Greatest American Hero. Outside of the science fiction and fantasy genre, he is also better known to either movie-going audiences as the villain Julius No in the 1962 CE James Bond film Dr. No or as Manny Weisbord in Crime Story, not discounting his work on Broadway.
