"Testimony of a Traitor" is the twelfh episode of the 2nd season of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.
Plot
- Coming Soon
Synopsis
When the Searcher returns to Earth, William "Buck" Rogers is immediately arrested on charges of high treason. It appears that Buck may have been at least partly responsible for the nuclear weapons exchange of World War III that nearly destroyed the Earth. A recently found video tape from the 20th century provides enough evidence for Commissioner Bergstrom to convene a war crimes trial against Buck, who will face the death penalty if found guilty. In order to prove his innocence, Buck once again is placed under the mind probe, where his memories only seem to further indicate his guilt – even though Buck himself has no memory of any of these events.
Notes
- Chief O'Brien would also stand trial on Cardassia Prime in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Tribunal".
