Emperor Draco (AKA Draconius) is the ruler of the Draconian Empire, and Princess Ardala's Father.
During the attempted invasion of Earth, Draco appears on the bridge of the Draconia via a hologram, to reprimand Kane and his premature attack, as his attack forces are still hours away.[1]
Trivia
As of 2491 AD, the Emperor's military forces have conquered three quarters of Known Space.
His official title is "Warlord of Astrium".
He has thirty daughters (once more -- that's THIRTY), including Ardala.
The Emperor is portrayed by Joseph Wiseman, best known as the title villain from the movie Doctor No. [2]
